The project execution mechanism

A detailed study has been prepared indicating the requirements of the Institutions concerned including the bill of quantities of building materials, etc. (the roofing materials, sanitary materials for toilets, doors, windows .... etc.).The study was conducted by an experienced local contractor. The People’s Committee will invite local companies (competitors) to carry out the job according to the technical specifications set forth by the study, the People’s Committee will hence conduct the monitoring and evaluation and provide advice whenever necessary. Other procurement will be purchased from the domestic market includes equipment, chairs, tables, fans and the students’ desks. A Procurement Committee will be formed for this purpose and will be supervised by the People's Committee. A Bank account was opened in the name of the People's Committee, details are as follows: At the end of the Implementation process the People's Committee will write a detailed report to the donor supported by invoices and images of the tasks accomplished.
